Simagic Support Procedure
Should you experience any problems with your Simagic Product, please follow the
following procedure:
- Take a photo of your product serial number and take a clear video of your problem or symptom.
- Log onto Discord and join simagic channel on discord.
- On the left side, right at the bottom, you will find an option called "Open Tickets 4". Click on it and you will see a button under the description to Open a Support Ticket.
- Complete the Support Form with the required information and Submit.
- Ensure you mention that you are in the Southern African Region so that the Sales team will be kept informed about the process and any remedial actions.
- The Simagic Support Staff will respond with questions to troubleshoot the problem.
